Who would have thought that a year and a half later we would finally get to write this letter to you? Boy, are we glad we waited, too! From the moment we walked in and just toyed with the idea of a new floor for our condo, to the day when we finally stopped in and chatted with Blyth to make arrangements (she was gracious, efficient, and most pleasant to deal with!) the process of getting our home newly floored was smooth as can be! While we know that tearing up an existing parquet floor, preparing the surface, and moving very large and cumbersome furniture could not have been the easiest, we were assured that all would be fine and that it would work out well, in spite of the challenges presented.

All we can say is that we couldn’t be happier! We even had our upstairs neighbors in to see it (after we’d described how gorgeous it is) and they couldn’t believe it was was hardwood; they were completely baffled that even the “tile” in the entry way is a laminate, as well.

Mike, Carol, we so appreciate the craftsmanship of your crew, the quality of your product, and the overall process, from “just looking” to reveling in the new beauty of our condominium. Thank you again for the professionalism, expertise and quality you bring to Rehoboth Beach. You have helped make us so glad this is our new home!

Thank you for Fehrenbach’s Flooring Plus’s recent in-kind contribution of carpeting and vinyl flooring for the home that Sussex County Habitat for Humanity recently completed at 312 Cedar Street in Georgetown! This in-kind contribution made a big difference in helping us build a wonderful home for our newest family and keeping our direct expenses reasonable.

On the Saturday before Thanksgiving, we had the pleasure of welcoming this family into their new home. Imagine the impact that having a home of their own will have for Arturo, his wife Angelina, three-year-old Alma, and a baby expected in January. This family moved from a trailer where they ha lived in one room and shared the kitchen and bathroom with two other families. During the ceremony Arturo said he could think of no words to describe their gratitude for their new Habitat home and Angelina thanked all the volunteers and sponsors for their support and their time.

The contribution from Fehrenbach’s Flooring Plus will help this family and other families like this one now and in the future.

With your help, our all-volunteer organization aims to expand from three houses completed in 2003 to four in 2004. We are always looking for affordable land, so please let us know if you have any thoughts on this of if you have any questions about our work.

Wow! That’s what I said when I got to my beach place last Friday night, opened the door and saw the way the carpet looked after you cleaned it the week before.

It’s an eight year old carpet in a rental property and has been cleaned more times than I can count. After you cleaned it, though, it looked better than it had at any time since it was new.

You did such a good job that you bought me at least another season before I need to do the traffic area replacement carpeting that we’d discussed. I go for top quality and good value, so you’ve got me hooked as a customer.
